Shipping Policies

Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days from time order was placed. Orders are usually shipped via UPS. Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the item(s) and the value of the merchandise. Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.

International Customers - International orders are welcome. Please call us before placing your order to discuss the most cost efficient shipping method.

Return Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our policy is NO RETURN and NO REFUND. Please inspect your items carefully and notify SLE of any shortage or descrepancy immediately. If an item you received is found to be damaged or defective, and you notify us within 5 days of receipt, we will authorize a return for same-item exchange. Standard 1-year Warranty applies to machines. Warranty period for accessories, spare parts and repair services is 30 days from date of invoice. There is NO WARRANTY PERIOD for type selts. SLE makes no expressed or implied warranty of suitability for any particular purpose. It is the responsibility of the customer to independently verify that the items ordered are suitable for the intended application before placing the order.
